Who am I?
I’m living in Flemish Brabant, just a stone’s throw from the heart of Brussels. As we say in Brussels, I’m a true “zinneke”, a delightful mix of cultures, languages, and experiences. Having lived near Brussels my entire life, I was lucky to grow up in a bilingual household, fluent in both Dutch and French. And through my studies in Public Relations, English quickly joined the party as my third language.
My professional journey began at Berlitz Language School, where I spent four enriching years as an Administrative Assistant. That experience laid a strong foundation for what came next: joining Profile Group in 2001. The Profile Group spirit challenges me, inspires me, and keeps me growing every single day.
Thanks to the mutual trust, respect, and support I’ve received from my colleagues and mentors, I’ve had the opportunity to evolve within the company. Today, I’m proud to serve as HR & Finance Manager at Profile Group, where I continue to learn, lead, and contribute to a team.
About my job
Over the years, my role at Profile Group has evolved in the most exciting ways. I began as a Candidate Coordinator, diving into the dynamic world of recruitment.
By 2006, I stepped into the role of Management Assistant, which opened the door to even more responsibilities and opportunities to grow.
In 2008, my scope expanded again - I took on the dual role of Office & Fleet Manager and Credit Controller, adding operational and financial dimensions to my day-to-day work. HR had already become a natural part of my responsibilities, and with time, my title naturally evolved into HR & Finance Manager.
Today, my job is quite diverse—no two days are ever the same, and that’s exactly what I love about it. From strategic planning to people management, financial oversight to team collaboration, I get to wear many hats and stay constantly engaged.

Since joining Profile Group back in 2001, Profile group has truly become my second family.
What makes Profile Group so special is the unwavering support, trust, and encouragement I’ve received from day one. They’ve given me every opportunity I needed to evolve, to learn, and to build confidence in my abilities. Looking back, I can only feel gratitude for the path my career has taken and even more excited about what’s still ahead.
