About us

In 1989, Andrew, driven by the desire to be his own boss, decided to sell his house to found ProfileGroup. With three friends who shared his vision, he opened his first office in the heart of Brussels.

The team was close-knit, driven by a family atmosphere and a sense of solidarity. With just enough funds to last three months, entrepreneurial spirit became the driving force behind their adventure. Together, they laid the foundations for a company where human relations and creativity are central.

A vision for the future

Since its inception, ProfileGroup has never stopped innovating. From expanding our services to offices in Flanders and Wallonia to creating our own recruitment software, Talent Finder, every step reflects our desire to adapt to the needs of our clients and candidates. Today, with solutions such as RPO, MSP and EVP, we offer the most comprehensive range of services in Belgium.
