Who am I?
I am a Liégeoise at heart, but I’ve been living in Brussels for a long time. My singing accent always gives me away, and my approach with others remains typically Liégeoise: direct, warm, and sincere.
After work, you’ll find me on a spinning bike! My greatest passion is sharing incredible moments and emotions by leading inspiring classes for groups of very different people.
In my role in business development, exercise isn’t a luxury—it’s a must to reset, recharge, and come back ready to tackle new challenges.

About my job
I am in daily contact with companies looking for solutions for their future recruitment needs. My role at Profile Group is to identify new collaboration opportunities, understand the specific needs of each company, and offer tailored solutions to attract and select the most qualified talent.
I focus on building strong and lasting partnerships, based on trust and a personalized approach, to actively contribute to the success and growth of our partners.
What I like about Profile Group?
When I joined Profile Group over 20 years ago, neither my boss nor I knew exactly how it would go. Over time, I realized I was in the right place, surrounded by supportive management and a dynamic, encouraging work environment.
I know I’ve contributed to the company’s success, and I hope my boss knows it too!
What I love today: coming to the office, exchanging ideas with colleagues, participating in strategic developments related to recruitment, and continuing to grow professionally.
