5. Talent acquisition & headhunting

6. Selection & prequalification

7. In-depth candidate evaluation
Each shortlisted candidate is interviewed for at least two hours. We assess their track record, references, leadership abilities, and motivation. All shortlisted candidates complete Cebir’s Leadership Scan, which evaluates managerial competencies through objective online testing. A feedback session is also organized.

8. Shortlist presentation
