1. Definition of the need 

We take the time to understand your context, your organization’s DNA, and the leadership profile you're looking for. Together, we define the role, clarify the project scope, and set up a dedicated team for your mission.

We analyze the talent market to identify where your ideal candidates are, define the best sourcing channels, and shape the most relevant headhunting approach.

3. Definition of the value proposition 

We build or fine-tune your employer value proposition using our 8-pillar framework, ensuring it speaks directly to what top talent values today.

4. Recruitment campaign 

Our recruitment consultants and marketing experts work together to craft a compelling, SEO-optimized job ad. We translate it when needed and publish it on the most relevant job boards, constantly improving visibility based on results. 

Deliverable: Online recruitment communication 

5. Talent acquisition & headhunting 

We launch targeted headhunting campaigns via LinkedIn Recruiter, activate our network and 25,000+ candidate database, and ensure maximum campaign visibility. We continuously optimize sourcing for high engagement. 

Deliverable: Weekly reporting and strategic recommendations 

6. Selection & prequalification 

We review all applications and sourced profiles across every channel, evaluating their experience, leadership potential, and motivation before moving forward.

7. In-depth candidate evaluation 

Each shortlisted candidate is interviewed for at least two hours. We assess their track record, references, leadership abilities, and motivation. All shortlisted candidates complete Cebir’s Leadership Scan, which evaluates managerial competencies through objective online testing. A feedback session is also organized.

8. Shortlist presentation 

You receive a shortlist of high-quality, pre-assessed, and motivated candidates, each accompanied by a detailed candidate report and our recommendations.

9. Client interviews & assessment 

We organize interviews, gather structured feedback from both sides, and coordinate next steps. If relevant, we can set up a full assessment center for final candidates.

We support the final phase of the process, facilitating contract discussions and assisting with onboarding preparation when needed.

11. Post-hire follow-up
